At Planet A, I serve as the lead operator behind our climate storytelling platform, translating big vision into high-velocity execution. I spearheaded activities for New York Climate Week 2025, producing a multi-day program across Yale Day, UNGA events, and the Climate Capital Summit, coordinating 30+ stakeholders (UNEP, Yale Planetary Solutions, Equal VC, Lerer Hippeau, YouTube, and more), and handling end-to-end logistics and live production support. I also managed $300K+ in capital and financial oversight, built Planet A’s operational backbone from the ground up (Slack, email, accountant onboarding, workflows, etc), and advanced our partnership pipeline and media logistics across multiple shoots and campaigns, strengthening Planet A’s credibility and launch readiness at every step.
At Palmetto, I serve as Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO, operating as the strategic gateway for priorities, decision-making, and critical relationships. I provide project management support for board cycles and capital raise workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, materials, timelines, and follow-ups to keep high-stakes processes moving with clarity and pace. I also manage philanthropic partnerships and grantmaking for the CEO's personal foundation, with a mandate to fund climate-forward solutions and education.
At Prisma Health Cardiology, I supported physicians as a medical scribe and physician secretary, translating complex clinical encounters into accurate, timely documentation in the EMR. I also built and delivered training modules for incoming scribes and served as Lead Trainer, improving onboarding consistency and boosting team performance by 50%. The role sharpened my precision, discretion, and ability to operate calmly in high-volume, high-stakes clinical environments.
As an independent consultant, I advise private practices and health systems on ACGME sponsoring institution and program accreditation, translating requirements into clear plans, timelines, and documentation. I build the operational backbone for GME, including policies/SOPs, tracking tools, and readiness materials that support compliance and sustainable program operations. I also support women-owned businesses and executive coaches (including Marijke Ocean) with executive-level operations, systems, and project management that strengthen the client experience and help mission-driven work scale smoothly.
At Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center, I led Graduate Medical Education operations and helped build the infrastructure required to run an ACGME-compliant sponsoring institution and training programs. I co-authored and supported institutional accreditation applications, while developing and maintaining SOPs, documentation, and operational workflows to meet ACGME standards and readiness expectations. I partnered closely with executive leadership and program directors to keep accreditation efforts organized, audit-ready, and moving on time.
