I’m a public health-trained operations and partnerships leader working at the intersection of climate justice, environmental stewardship, and health equity. My work lives in the “convergence” space where systems, policy, community safety, and real-life outcomes meet.

I’ve been an advocate since I was a teenager, when I pushed my high school dance program to adopt more inclusive uniform and beauty standards for dancers of color. That early experience shaped how I lead now: with strategy, persistence, and a clear belief that justice is something you practice and build… not just something you care about.

Today, I help leaders and organizations turn vision into execution: building programs, strengthening partnerships, and creating operational systems that support impact at scale.

I married my comedic best friend and self-proclaimed backup singer, the Reverend Doctor James Wesley Dennis III, who serves as Executive Pastor at Watson Grove Baptist Church in Nashville. And if you’re imagining me as the pastor's wife the pearls and big hats, no ma’am and no sir. Think bedazzled Converse, a good laugh, and a faith that’s lived instead of performed. I’m here for real relationships, real impact, and a life that reflects what I believe: do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.
